Best birria! I love the food here they are always on point with their tacos and birria. They also have birria RAMEN!! Open late and always look make sure the customers are happy.

So glad I found a place with great birria tacos in Santa Cruz! The birria tacos were delicious, flavorful, and had the perfect level of crunch, and the consommé was so rich in flavor. I always saw birria ramen on different menu and was intrigued so I decided to try it here. Although it was worth trying, I probably wouldn't get it again. The noodles and the meat were both really soft so it made the consistency a little weird. Eating it with a chip helped but I would still prefer to get birria tacos over birria ramen in the future!

When you see it you know it's special. The staff are very friendly and kind. Lots of locals come here for their amazing food. I got the jumbo burrito with tomatillo salsa and nacho with some friends and was blown away. As soon as I had a bite of their chips I knew this place was good and when I tried their tomatillo salsa I had to go back for two more for my burrito. Will definitely hit this spot again the next time I visit Santa Cruz.

This was my first time trying this food truck and It was very good. I like how they have a lot of parking available right in front. We ordered the Nacho Fries, Torta de al pastor, & Birria ramen. I feel like the food options are very limited in Santa Cruz so it was good to try something new. I wish the fries had come with sour cream but other than that everything was good and I would go again to try the quesabirria tacos!
